Elite practices
Welcome, guidance, appointment booking, administrative pre-qualification. Correspondence leaves under your brand.
Red line Never legal advice. The consultation remains the partner’s.
The Digital Host is not a second digital employee. It is the same Cerfi — under the name, the face and the tone your Maison gives its welcome.
The conversation, the qualification and the appointments are carried by Cerfi, the Maison’s single digital collaborator, governed by a human. The Host is its embodiment, never a second agent — and this page sells nothing separately: the welcome is part of Cerfi.

Cerfi
The Maison’s digital employee. One identity — whatever face it wears at your house.
Other portraits from the library

The portrait your Maison settles on for its welcome. Cerfi does not change: the livery does.
Three of the 42 portraits in the library. Your Maison settles on its own — or brings yours.

The welcome desk
Choose a desk: the portrait and the register change — Cerfi stays Cerfi. Then move the level of autonomy and watch what Cerfi is allowed to do recompose. One line will never move.
What Cerfi is allowed to do, in this mode
Locked — not adjustable in any mode

The visitor
“I would like some information before booking.”
Cerfi answers
Of course. I will walk you through a first consultation and the availabilities; the clinical guidance will be the practitioner’s.
The name shown in the conversation is also set in the dashboard; here it stays “Cerfi”.
This desk’s red line
No medical act, no diagnosis. Clinical guidance remains the practitioner’s.
The engine, in all four desks
Cerfi — one installation, one cockpit, one invoice.
A demonstration: nothing is sent, no model is called. The three modes, the capability names and the lock are the product’s own — the real setting lives in your Maison’s dashboard, and the capture below is its screen.
At work
The screens below are the real product’s — a demonstration Maison’s dashboard, and the conversation as it is in service. Nothing is staged, and every screen says where it comes from.

“Marque & expérience” (Brand & experience) — the portrait Cerfi wears in the conversation, chosen from the library.

Document intake: one reference, every piece acknowledged before anything is opened.

The microphone and the “Speak” button, at the foot of the conversation.

What “confirmed” means, in the Maison’s dashboard.

The demonstration Maison’s cockpit — one post, one installation.
Under your brand, your name stands at the head of the conversation and your portrait opens it. The desk itself is Cerfi’s — the same one as on this site.
The portrait
The Maison’s library holds forty-two portraits, ready to be settled on. You may also upload your own — a face you already own — and that is the one Cerfi wears.
By default your Maison settles on ONE portrait, the same on every installation you hold. If you wish, the launcher can also let your portrait, then a few of the Maison’s approved presences, succeed one another before the conversation begins. The moment a visitor opens the conversation, the face settles: the same host until the exchange ends.
The owner or an administrator saves the portrait from the dashboard, in the same place as the name and the tone. Nothing to ask us for, no delay to wait out.
Once saved, that is the portrait the conversation opens with on your site. Remove it and Cerfi returns to the Maison’s neutral mark — never to a face you did not choose.
Governance
At a welcome desk, restraint is worth more than performance. It is not a promise written on a page: it is a setting in your dashboard, and a lock nobody can lift.
The level of autonomy is a setting your Maison owns, not a property of the product. You decide what leaves on its own and what waits for approval.
That lock is deliberate and cannot be lifted: dissatisfaction may never be handled quietly by a machine.
The presence is signalled as such, with grace. No deception, and no pretence of being human.
Welcome, guide, book an appointment: yes. Diagnose, advise on law, commit the Maison to a rare price: never.

The setting itself, inside the Maison’s dashboard: the three levels with the number of actions each one runs alone, then, for the level in force, the exact breakdown — what leaves on its own, what waits for your approval, what stays unavailable.

And the lock: passing a complaint on stays entrusted to a person, in every mode. The approval it carries is not a setting — it cannot be taken off.
The real state
In service today
Shaped within a commission
For a commissioned incarnation: the real-time interactive face and the voice belong to the roadmap; they are shaped within a creation. This is not an already-live service one could switch on today.

Handing over to a human leaves a trace: every request passed on becomes a tracked line — open, in progress, with the visitor, resolved — in the same dashboard.

The level of engagement is read on the plans page — one price surface for the whole Maison. Commissioning begins with a reading of your knowledge and your habits.

We read your knowledge, your habits and what you forbid. Nothing is installed before that reading.

We show you the desk in place on a real Maison — under its name, its face, its tone.

You settle the level of autonomy: what leaves on its own, what waits for your approval, what is never allowed.
